I will aim to dispatch all made items within 3 business days (Mon-Fri). All ‘Pre Order’ items may take up to 2 weeks to be made, cured and dispatched.
If your order contains both made and pre order items then the 2 week processing time applies.
Material
All my wax products are made from eco coconut wax, biodegradable glitters and paraben free oils.
Allergens and irritants in oils are listed on the CLP compliant labels, which can be found on the back of each product.
I use plastic free packaging which is either biodegradable or recyclable.

Manufacturing
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
Please note that all my products are handmade, so colour shades may differ, and wax melts could have minor imperfections.
My scents simply smell similar to the designer brand, Trademarks and copyrights are property of the respective manufacturers and/or designer. I have no affiliation with the manufacturer/designer, and are not to be confused with the originals.
Fresh top notes of lavender, floral middle notes of jasmine with fruity accents of red fruits. Base notes include sandalwood and musks.
I use a non hazardous, vegan base for my diffusers
To get the most out of your reed diffuser fragrance, i would recommend placing it in a hallway or an entrance to a room. The air circulation created by daily traffic will help disperse the aroma so you will pick up the scent every time you enter and leave the room or walk through the hallway. Make sure it is out of reach of children though, and do not place it near windows or radiators as the heat will evaporate your fragrance oil quickly.
remove the stopper from the oil bottle, insert the reeds, let them soak for about 10 minutes, then flip them so the saturated ends are up to start diffusing scent, and flip periodically (weekly) for a stronger fragrance, adjusting the number of reeds for intensity.
Place it in a well-ventilated spot but away from drafts or direct sunlight for best results.
Always make sure that you keep your reed diffuser on a coaster or mat so there is no risk of oil damaging any furniture or fabrics. Also, wash your hands immediately if they come into contact with the oil.
