Refund policy

If you receive your order and you believe it to be faulty, please contact us using the 'contact' section on the website within 14 days of delivery so we can assess and rectify the problem.
The items must be returned within 14 days from the initial contact. Once received, a full refund or store credit will be issued within 14 days depending on your preference.
Please retain proof of postage if returning items. If the items get lost in the post and you do not have the proof of postage receipt a refund will not be processed.

If you’ve received your order and you’ve changed your mind, that’s not a problem but please note you have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us at info@pippiemelts.co.uk


Returns due to unwanted goods are done so at the customers expense.
The goods must be returned to us within 14 days of your initial contact.
Please retain proof of postage if returning items. If the items get lost in the post and you do not have the proof of postage receipt a refund will not be processed.

Please note that whilst we don’t expect people to keep the original shipping packaging, returns due to unwanted goods must be in their original product packaging, unopened, unused & with no broken seals. They must also be adequately packaged to avoid any damage on return.
If you’ve opened a product and decided you don’t like the scent, we cannot accept a return.

Returns cannot be accepted any personalised item/order, gift cards or sale items.

All returns are processed on a case by case basis, for minor issues such as a wax melt being snapped in transit, this would not be considered faulty as it doesn’t effect the use of the product. 


Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used.
Returns on orders made via card payment should show back in your account within 5-10 working days.
