Shipping policy

 

We understand how important it is to our customers to receive their orders quickly, and so we endeavour to send your purchases as soon as possible, often well within the estimated delivery times. As all of our products are hand poured often to order, occasionally they may take a little longer to arrive. If this is the case we will let you know and do our best to get it sent out to you as quick as possible. If you've ordered something for a special occasion please let us know in the notes section of your order, or give us a call and we'll see what we can do to ensure it arrives well in time.

Our aim is to dispatch orders within 3 business days for ready made items and 10 business days for pre orders (Monday-Friday). During seasonal restocks and busier periods ie. the run up to Christmas our dispatch times will average between 10-14 business days.

Delivery charges will be automatically applied to your order during the checkout process. We offer free delivery on orders over £50( option to be selected at the checkout)

Currently we are using Royal Mail 24 tracked which aim to deliver in 1-3 business days and 48 tracked which aims to deliver within 2-5 business days (from dispatch date), however this is an aim, not a guarantee and can’t be changed.

Please contact us at info@pippiemelts.co.uk only if you haven`t received your order within 14 working days (Mon - Fri exc. bank holidays).

If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault, we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products; however, we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery (even where the initial delivery was free of charge).

An indicative list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be your fault is set out below:

- you provided the wrong address for delivery

- there is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided

- the address for delivery is not reasonably accessible

- the address for delivery cannot safely be accessed

- if in-person receipt is not required, there is no easy and secure means of leaving the products at the address for delivery and there is no person available to accept delivery

Returns:
Our returns policy covers 14 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the item/s must be in unused condition, original packaging and in the same condition they arrived in. Buyer is responsible to cover postage costs of returning the item/s.
Upon return request, an email should be sent to info@pippiemelts.co.uk along with attached photo and proof of purchase. At this point, an exchange or refund will be discussed and organised.
If purchases arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
